Brick Performance Limited provides biomechanical assessments, performance testing, and bespoke training programmes. Our services are designed to enhance performance, improve movement efficiency, and reduce injury risks. All services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information when required.

  • Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our team.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a client may not be suitable for our assessments or training due to medical concerns or other risk factors.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Policy

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email.A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is complete.

4.2 Payment Policy

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.Payments can be made via credit/debit card or other accepted payment methods.Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by the Client

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

5.2 Cancellation by Brick Performance

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.If we cancel your appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

6.1 Medical Disclaimer

Our assessments and training services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.If you have a pre-existing medical condition, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before participating in any assessment or training. You agree to provide honest and complete health information before your session.

By participating in our assessments and training, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our team and accept full responsibility for any risks involved.

Brick Performance Limited shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from participation in our assessments or training programmes, except where negligence is proven. We do not guarantee specific results, as performance improvements depend on various factors, including individual commitment and training consistency. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

All content, reports, training materials, and assessments provided by Brick Performance Limited remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any of our materials without explicit written permission.

All clients are expected to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions

  • Follow all health and safety instructions

Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in termination of services without a refund.

We are not responsible for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public health crises

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical failures

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund affected appointments.
